Easy weight loss guide. Page 1

A human body works exactly according to the Physic’s postulate: no energy comes from nowhere and no energy turns into nothing. There is always a balance between any physical objects (including your body and your food) and energy. Your body mass and food can be converted into energy and energy (which is contained in food) can be converted into your body mass.

You can estimate your needs by how you feel, look and calculations, then choose either weight loss or weight gain goals.

For an average healthy human (without any health condition that could be against weight reduction), when it comes to weight loss, all you need is to follow this simple math: if the energy you intake with food is less than the energy you spend (with either food amount reduction, increase of physical activities or combination of both factors), your body weight will go down without fail. There are no exceptions. The main thing you need to consider during the weight loss process is to keep desirable body composition (see Weight loss vs. fat loss also).

Keep in mind that you can improve your strength and muscle development and loose fat simultaneously; furthermore, right strength training only improves fat burning.
