Loosing weight. If you want to loose weight, you must choose at least one action out of this list:
1. Reduce the usual total daily calories intake WITHOUT reducing usual total daily physical activities. Take it easy and do it gradually. be aware of usual dieting mistakes.
2. Increase the usual total daily physical activities WITHOUT increasing your usual daily ration. Take it easy and do it gradually.
3. Increase the usual total daily physical activities AND reduce your usual daily ration. Take it easy and do it gradually.
Remember to comply with a HEALTHY weight loss plan (see Weight loss vs. fat loss). Always care about muscle mass in your body – the more healthy and active your muscles – the more effective fat loss will be. The best way to do it is to gradually increase your daily physical activities and gradually and carefully reduce daily ration as well, making sure you are still getting enough of quality nutrition, including vitamins, to maintain your lean muscle mass. The last thing you want to do – to go on too strict diet, or, the worst – to starve and to reduce your muscle mass, because it would slow down actual fat burning dramatically. Remember that your body treats fat as emergency energy storage; therefore it will try to burn fat in the last turn. In other words, your body always “more happily” and faster would burn your muscles than your fat; that is why trying to loose weight you need consciously to take care of your muscles.
Important note: women especially must maintain their lean muscle mass, because female body has less muscle mass genetically, by default, which is a disadvantage in a fat burning process. The same is true for an any aging person as well.
